A lot of talk, a little action.
Wrong action is far worse than slow action.
I agree with that. However, there didn’t seem to be a slight including of an action. Although in hindsight, the West’s seeming unwillingness to help out the central and eastern member states is going to cost them in euros. They did leave a door open to revise the Maastricht criteria, which is a good sign.
