Hi!
I’ve never been to Tallinn or Estonia. I do have a cousin living in Estonia and my relatives live in Valka, Latvia, not far from the border.
I googled Kalamaja (Fish House), which was described as having “soul”; the highest concentration of tinned, spiced sprat production. It looks to be an interesting place. I also read that there will be a new Estonian Academy of Arts opening in a former prison. Has it opened yet? Any thing more you could add/share about Kalamaja would be appreciated.
